Since I was 5 years old, I wanted to take things apart and put them back together. I remember begging my mom to let me work on her car and she kept telling me no. Now the roles have reversed a bit, but I do not tell her no though. I always admired the guys at the auto shop that we went to in my home town, they were able to help my mom out when she had a problem with her vehicle. What intrigued me the most was the customer service it provided and I wanted to be able to do the same when I grew up. I graduated from Wyoming Technical Institute in October of 1988 and began working in the industry for an independent automotive chain in Wisconsin. After two years in the automotive field, I became an ASE Certified Master Automotive Technician and was promoted to Service Manager. It was eight years later in October of 1996 when I was fortunate enough for my dream to come true and the doors of Griesbach Auto Service Inc. where open. It has always been my goal to provide the people of the community with the best customer service and automotive service they have ever experienced.
I am still excited every day to serve you alongside my incredible team of highly qualified technicians.
If you have questions and/or concerns, I am always available to discuss your vehicle issues with you. Tina, my wife, is our Office Manager and takes care of all our bookkeeping & personnel needs. Our son Cody graduated from Wisconsin Lutheran College with a Business Degree and helps with all aspects of the business - mainly directing our Marketing, and Service Advising. We are very proud of our clean state-of-the-art facilities and would love to give you a tour and have you meet the teams that we have in place to service all of your vehicle maintenance and repair needs.
